All of you is welcome here!

What do I value as a therapist?

Choice

You should have a choice in when we go to tender places, especially when it involves trauma. Clients often feel pressured to go to their “deepest, darkest” place right from the beginning. While this may be relevant at some point, trust and safety is incredibly important to establish first.
You get to decide what you are ready to talk about, and it will be more impactful because it is your choice.

Clarity

Clarity in our hopes for therapy is critical because it keeps us accountable to the change you want to experience. This means I hold a space that consistently maintains movement toward your personalized goals while also staying flexible to meet you however you are coming into our session that day.

Connection

There is no one way to address the parts of someone struggling with anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. Every person has a unique emotional system that requires creativity to shape a healing process that aligns with you. Together, we co-create a process that works for you instead of assuming a one-size-fits-all approach.

Creativity

Experiencing consistent connection is how change happens! In your relationship with me, I am committed to guiding your process from a place of compassion and curiosity. As for your relationship with yourself, my role is to help you take the courageous step of looking inward to build connection with all parts of yourself.

I work best with people who are…

❖ Committed to building intentional, fulfilling relationships—within themselves and with others

❖ Looking for something deeper that creates real and lasting change beyond traditional talk therapy

❖ Ready to move beyond intellectual understandings of their emotions and into an integrated, intuitive understanding of how to respond when emotions show up

❖ Interested in strengthening their sense of authentic Self so that they can live with more choice and freedom

If any of those statements resonated with you, let’s chat during a complimentary consultation!
